Treatment Overview

Dr. Smith does all the injections in our office. This is very different from many other medi-spas where there is no physician present and injections are done by nurses, physician assistants, or dentists. We feel that you would want to trust your face to a board-certified plastic surgeon. Radiesse is a filler product with a long history of lifting and filling power, especially for patients with deep folds in the nasolabial areas and marionette lines. Injections should be done while off blood thinners but still may cause some bruising. This product, unlike HA fillers, is not dissolvable with hyaluronidase. The exact amount and pattern of the injections will be tailored to your needs based on your consultation with Dr. Smith the same day as your injection appointment.

  • Bring any specific goals, concerns, and prior treatment history so Dr. Smith can recommend the right path for you.
