Dr. Smith is Board Certified in Facial Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He founded the Allergy Ear Nose and Throat Institute in 1992 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Based on the growing demand among his surgery patients for non-surgical options for facial rejuvenation, Dr. Smith then started Skin Secrets Facial Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa in 2007.
